and today it was winter

my to-do continues to grow longer but on a chilly, sleepy, and incredibly long thursday all i wanted to do was crawl into a plush bed and snuggle up to a handsome young man with a big comfy blanket and plenty of pillows. this of course was just me day dreaming. it would me nice though.

the state of the weather directly correlates with my productivity. there was snow today so that means no work got done.

when i got home, i had a package waiting for me. i knew it had to be from someone near and near to my heart when i saw the way my name was spelt. miss cassie castellaw is such a sweet friend and purchased me a beautiful takeya water bottle. she added a little sunshine to my day. i'm telling you water tastes better out of this beauty.

and then of course i put on some socks and a sweater and crawled into bed and watched this weeks episode of modern family.

women of the world:

i am sure all of you are well aware of how dumb men can be but sometimes it is straight up comical.

context: so my lovely roommate, tiffany, met a fella this weekend and they have been texting. 

this morning she gets a text saying good morning beautiful only to find out that this unnamed individual, whom we shall refer to as Tool Factory, texted this not only her but some other girl as well.

i have recently pledged my love to evernote. the starring feature on google reader always drove me crazy and trying to find something specific was like looking for a needle in a haystack. evernote has come to the rescue and i feel that wonderful feeling of organization back in my life, or least in back in my reference files.

i also love breakfast with my pals after letterpress class on mondays and wednesdays. guru's has the yummiest breakfast but then sometimes a girl just wants an egg mcmuffin.

i love general conference and snuggling with my girls. it rare to have my bed to myself and i am not complaining one bit.and i loved having the opportunity to attend a session in the conference center this year.

i love the sunshine and am grateful for the seasonably warm weather utah has had lately. but with the rain and cooler temperature today, i am thinking fall is offically here.

i love tiffany's huge collection of nail polish. lately i have been sporting a new color ever other day. but that is mostly due to my inability to refrain from picking it all off. at least they look cute for a couple hours.

i love how my room still smells like hazelnut cream vanilla from all the posters i dipped in scented wax on saturday.

i love that cassie castellaw has a twitter. now i just have to get her to use it. i miss that sexy lady. we made one dynamic duo i must say.
